Collaborate 4 brings together people, process and information across one seamless platform to enable purposeful collaboration and help organisations make serious progress on their digital transformation journey.
We have listened to customer feedback and incorporated hundreds of changes across the entire platform, as well as dramatically improving performance and responsiveness. Some of the new features include:

- New full-screen file previews - high fidelity file previews with support for annotations and specialised file formats including DICOM medical images and AutoCad DWG drawings
- Improved file handling - drag and drop support, multi-file selection, keyboard support, background uploads as well as new thumbnail previews
- Major overhaul of iSheets - structured data collaboration with streamlined data entry and editing, improved data import/export and powerful lookups
- Enhanced mobile experience - delivering a fully featured and more streamlined mobile experience across every module of the platform
- Improved system wide search and filtering - with advanced faceted search options, multiple field filtering and improved performance
- Full screen mode in Files, Tasks and iSheets - maximise use of available screen space for large data sets and minimise interface clutter
- In-line editing in Wiki and Tasks - quick and easy in-line editing of content and metadata, as well as drag and drop attachments and improved filters in Tasks
- Enhanced experience in Blogs - with new header images, ability change post author and customise publish dates for scheduling posts
- Improved user profiles and mini-cards - with enhanced user details, previews of key user information and ability to quickly send private messages or follow users
