10 awesome tech-inspired pumpkins

We’re a creative bunch here at HighQ (check out our India team’s Rangolis!). Our own Charlie Rutherford dabbled in some pumpkin carving for Halloween, creating some amazing film-inspired gourds:

This got us thinking about finding more impressive creations to share with you. Here are 10 awesome tech-inspired pumpkins that we found that have helped us get into the spooky spirit this Halloween.

1. The dying battery

2. The wifi is down

3. The Android android

This charming chap makes a nice change from the Apple apple, found over at TalkAndroid.

Speaking of the Apple apple… this impressive specimen was shared over at OSX Daily.

5. The iconic LED Tetris

6. The Power icon

Arguably the most recognisable icon in tech? The simple but effective Power pumpkin was shared by Hoopnod.

7. The QR code

8. The GIT force-push

For developers who use GIT, they will know to tread very lightly when it comes to this pumpkin… Carved by Heather Miller.

9. The Fail Whale

Twitter’s Fail Whale is much parodied, but actually looks quite majestic on a pumpkin! Carved by Scott Brewster.

10. The Death Star

Perhaps the most high-tech of all the pumpkins! We loved this pumpkin even more because it was shared by Depressed Darth on Twitter.
